Deputy of the Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly Anna Kostanyan posted the following on her Facebook page:

“If force is used against the peaceful citizens of Kapan, this will weigh on your conscience, dear authorities.

If the news about two young people being tortured is true and the perpetrators aren’t brought to justice, this will mean the restart of violent acts in Armenia.”
