An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 hit Georgia on Monday, Novosti-Georgia reported.

Tremors were recorded at 06:06 am Tbilisi time near the city of Dedoplistsqaro, 5 kilometers from the village of Zemo Halatsani.

The epicenter was at a depth of 36 kilometers. No damage was reported.

Over the past day, this is the second earthquake in Georgia. Shocks of magnitude 3.9 were recorded on the afternoon of May 24 near the border of Ingushetia with the Kazbegi municipality of Georgia.
