YEREVAN. Tuesday's court session in the case of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and several other ex-officials has been rescheduled.

Opening the hearing, presiding Judge Anna Danibekyan said that a notification had been received from the hospital that Kocharyan could not attend the hearing due to his health condition, but the hospital did not say how long the condition would last.

Lawyers for former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan have filed a motion to reschedule the hearing.

To note, Inessa Petrosyan, a lawyer of Ohanyan, had tested positive for COVID-19, and her husband, Karen Mezhlumyan, is in self-isolation.

And former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan's lawyer, Erik Aleksanyan, submitted a motion to postpone the hearing until the situation with the coronavirus is resolved.

The court adjourned until June 2.
