As of Wednesday, 11am, 7,774 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia with 3,255 recoveries and 98 deaths, the Ministry of Health informed on Twitter.

“4377 patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing treatment. In total, 53678 tests have been completed. Thus, we have 372 new cases and 35 recoveries.

Regarding the latest cases of death, the patients were 85 (female), 78 (female), 69 (female), 60 (female), 76 (male), 66 (female) and 56 (male) years old. Besides the last one, all had pre-existing chronic diseases.

5 cases of death were registered yesterday when the patients tested positive for COVID-19, but the cause of death was another disease. The total of such cases is 44,” the ministry added.
