Chinese aviation authorities will consider increasing international flights amid the possibility of controlling COVID-19 imported cases,  China News reported.

The maximum permissible number of international flights is currently 134 per week under the restrictions imposed on March 29 to stop importing COVID-19. But their number will be increased to 407 per week from June 1.

The number of flights is expected to be less than 407, given the fluctuation in demand on some routes.
