Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has announced the mitigation of quarantine measures in Moscow.
Since June 1, Sobyanin has proposed resuming the work of non-food segment stores, as well as consumer services enterprises that do not require long-term contact with visitors, Meduza reported.
Sobyanin noted that since May 12, more than a thousand construction sites, as well as industrial enterprises, have been resumed in the city.
Over the past two weeks, the mayor of Moscow said, the number of hospitalizations and new cases recorded has declined. The situation has stabilized and improved.
Moscow has reported 2140 COVID-19 cases in the past day bringing the total number to 171,433.
