He stated that the head of the State Service for Emergency Situations has sent him a letter stating that the Martuni and Kashatagh regions have failed to fully complete the activities.
“I have signed a decision on dismissing head of Kashatagh region Stepan Sargsyan. I will make such decisions, if officials fail to complete their assignments. By another decision, Artyom Saribekyan has been appointed head of the region,” the President said.
