YEREVAN. – The first congress of the political party of Artur Vanetsyan, the former director of the National Security Service of Armenia, took place Saturday. Arsen Babayan, head of the office of the Homeland Development Fund, told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

He added that the details of this congress will be announced later in a statement.

To note, the chairman of this party was to be elected at Saturday's congress.
