A video appeared on the internet Friday, in which the police of Armenia was throwing a driver on the asphalt, and this person was asking to them, “Why? What have I done?”

The police on Saturday informed—in a statement—in this regard that the police officers were handcuffing this driver who he had not obeyed the demand of the traffic police to stop the car, and the latter had no license plates.

As per the statement, this driver had not complied with the lawful demands of the police, even after the vehicle was forcibly stopped, and he was taken to a police station.

It turned out that he did not have a driver's license, and the car did not have a vehicle insurance contract and was wanted.

Penalties on administrative offenses have been set for driving without a car insurance contract and without a driver's license.
