President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today made new appointments.

Ashot Bakhshiyan has been appointed Minister of Agriculture, and Zhirayr Mirzoyan has been appointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.

Introducing the ministers, Haroutyunyan touched upon food safety and permits for citizens to cut wood and indicated the requirements that must be properly fulfilled by the ministries.
