Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has sent a letter congratulating Masis Mayilian on being reappointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), as reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh.

In his letter, Mnatsakanyan particularly stated the following:

“I cordially congratulate you on being reappointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh. I am certain that your rich experience and professionalism will highly contribute to further development of Artsakh and increase of the country’s international reputation.

I fully hope our ongoing dialogue will help us succeed in making the voice of the people of Artsakh heard more abroad, helping the authorities of Artsakh become more involved in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and, with this, increase effectiveness of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict for peace and stability in the region.

I wish you more success and achievements in this new phase of your service as foreign minister.”
