The Supreme Judicial Court of Armenia reports that disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against judge of the Court of Bankruptcy Tigran Poladyan due to the reports that advocate Robert Davtyan has presented to Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan.

Examining the reports, the minister instituted disciplinary proceedings against Poladyan and submitted a motion to the Supreme Judicial Council to subject the judge to liability.

The session for examination of the motion to subject Poladyan to disciplinary liability is set for June 11.
