The UK intends to introduce quarantine measures for almost all international travelers from June 8, said the UK PM Boris Johnson.

According to him, these measures are vital so that the country does not face an increase in COVID-19 cases. Johnson also said that the government is considering all possible ways to support aviation, especially those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

He also said that COVID-19 test results should be available within 24 hours by the end of this month.

Scientists say the state’s testing and tracking system will be most effective if people get test results within 24 hours.

Currently, 90% of test results are available within 48 hours, the PM added.
