Chief of Police of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Major General of Police Ashot Hakobjanyan today received Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan.
During the meeting, Beglaryan congratulated Hakobjanyan on being appointed police chief, after which the parties discussed a number of issues related to the existing cooperation between the Police and the Office of the Human Rights Defender.
