STEPANAKERT. – A serviceman of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army has died Wednesday.
Sargis Ghulyan (born in 2001), a soldier of a military unit the Defense Army, died at around 1:50pm, as a result of a road accident, the Artsakh Ministry of Defense reported.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of this incident.
