YEREVAN. – We have bad news. The situation is getting worse; 697 new cases of infection were registered yesterday. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday noted this on Facebook livestream, and regarding the COVID-19 situation in Armenia.
"This means that we are in a situation where our medical facilities are in a state that there are people who already need to be hospitalized, whom we are not able to hospitalize in time," he added.
"Today, there are about 20,000 infected people in the country who do not know that they are infected, and those around them also do not know; they are becoming the main spreaders of the infection.
So that the spread of the infection does not occur, we must all treat all of us as infected,” the PM also said, in particular.
