It is the right time now to implement reforms in Armenia since we have nothing to lose, both economically and in other respects, said Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan during the discussion of the report on the implementation of the state budget for 2019. 

According to him, in 2019, the government acted extremely carefully, because it wanted to make sure that the economic dynamics did not suffer in any way. 

"We focused on economic growth, activity, and income. And now we have nothing to lose, because our present-day is lost, and we must think about tomorrow," he said.

"We are talking about changing the property tax, we are talking about changing the universal declaration system, and soon we will talk about changing and reducing cash," Pashinyan added.
