STEPANAKERT. – Minister of State Grigori Martirosyan, who is also Commandant of the emergency that has been declared in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) in connection with the COVID-19 situation, has signed a new decision, according to which the temporary restrictions have been lifted in a number of communities in Shahumyan Region.
