Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said nearly 200 COVID-19 patients are waiting for hospitalization.
"I feel a commitment to tell the whole truth, no matter how cruel it may be," he told a briefing on Saturday.
"I will say more: we already have a case when, when a person died of COVID-19 due to the delay in medical care," he noted.
According to him, the delay was twofold: the relatives were a little late with informing the health care system.
"There were also two deaths when the patient was supposed to be in the intensive care unit but was in the general department due to lack of places," PM added.
