The hearing of the administrative court of Armenia, scheduled for Monday on the complaint against obstructing the advertising of the book of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has been postponed because the apparatus has confirmed a COVID-19 case, the representative of the plaintiff Alexander Kochubaev told reporters.

Space Management LLC - the copyright holder of Robert Kocharyan’s autobiographical book - applied to the law firm and reported that the Yerevan Municipality refused to provide permission to advertise the book. Lawyer Alexander Kochubaev also appealed to the city hall and, having been refused, appealed to the administrative court.
