Russia will partially reopen the borders, allowing citizens to leave the country for work, study, treatment, and take care of relatives, RIA Novosti reported referring to Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin.
Entrance to Russia will be allowed to foreigners who are going for treatment or to take care of close relatives. Mishustin said he had signed a corresponding order of the government.
