Head of Armenia’s Tsovasar village Artashes Mkhitaryan today told Armenian News-NEWS.am that there are already 16 residents infected with coronavirus and that they are all related to each other.

“Four of them are at the hospital, and the rest are at home. Those at the hospital feel well, and it seems as though three patients will be discharged from the hospital soon,” the village head said, adding that the virus was spread by a resident who had attended a ceremony in Dzoragyugh village.

Two days ago, exit from Dzoragyugh was closed upon the decision of the Commandant for the state of emergency since the village had reported 63 coronavirus cases.
