The coronavirus situation in Armenia remains tense, but there are very low hopes that the situation is stable to a certain extent or that the situation will become stable. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing held after the session of the Commandant’s Office today.

“In this situation, this should make us more alert, not make us lose strength. Recently, very often there are cases when the virus spreads after funerals and Requiem Services. We believe those events need to be held in observance of the rules set by the Commandant’s Office. We would also like to emphasize that it is important that wedding ceremonies are also held in observance of the rules.

In this sense, I also consider public health very important, and I attach great importance to the anti-epidemic movement,” Pashinyan said.
