In 2019, Armenia’s judiciary managed to save about AMD 563,000,000 from the funds allocated from the state budget. This is what Head of the Judicial Department Karen Poladyan said as he answered deputies’ questions during a discussion on the report on the performance of the 2019 State Budget held as part of the joint session of parliamentary standing committees today.

According to him, in 2019, about AMD 12,400,380,667 was allocated from the state budget for the expenditures of the judiciary, of which AMD 11,817,000,000 was spent, and 95.5% was realized.

He also stated that the judiciary held 19 events with the funds that were allocated.
