YEREVAN. - Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: At the moment, there are eight civil lawsuits in the RA courts, the respondent of which is Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. We learn about this from the judicial information system.

It is noteworthy that all lawsuits have virtually a similar requirement: "to publicly refute the actual facts of defamation," "to apologize for an expression of insult," "to compensate for the damage caused to honor and dignity," and so on.

Let us add that according to the information available in the media, no proceedings were instituted on several [other] cases.

By the way, there are 15 more cases against the Prime Minister in the Administrative Court, which mainly refer to the requirements to invalidate this or that decision, to reinstate [a person] to the position held, to compensate for damage, to oblige to adopt a favorable administrative act.

The lawsuits as whose respondent solely the RA government or the Office of the RA Prime Minister is noted are not included in this number.
