YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: The new authorities of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] have decided to carry out a personnel massacre and "clean up" the state system from the previous ones.

The filtering has already started in the parliament; even the analysts have been notified that they shall give up their places to the new team, which will have an interesting "makeup" consisting of friends and relatives of the newly elected (…).
