YEREVAN. – As of 11am on Wednesday, 14,103 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia, with 5,226 recoveries and 227 deaths, the Ministry of Health informed on Twitter.

“8573 patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing treatment. In total, 73156 tests have been completed. Thus, we have 428 new cases and 775 recoveries.

Regarding the latest cases of death, the patients were 71 (male), 62 (female), 54 (male), 60 (female), 58 (male), 59 (female), 66 (female), 84 (male), 93 (male) and 75 (male) years old. All had pre-existing chronic diseases.

3 cases of death were registered yesterday when the patients tested positive for COVID-19, but the cause of death was another disease. The total of such cases is 77,” the ministry added.
