President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed decrees appointing Boris Bakhshiyan judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Syunik Province and Vahagn Torosyan judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Province.
