The Prosperous Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia has sent an inquiry to Tigran Avinyan, the Commandant for the state of emergency declared in the country, as reported on the Facebook page of Prosperous Armenia Party. The inquiry reads as follows:

“Taking into consideration the concerns of several citizens who have addressed the Prosperous Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, we are addressing you to provide us with detailed information about the following:

1. How much money has been allocated from the country’s state budget to combat the pandemic? How much financial assistance has Armenia received from international structures and organizations? How much money has been transferred to the treasury account opened for the fight against the coronavirus and what has the money been spent on?

2. How much money has been allocated to the hotels designated for quarantine and to each person who organized the isolation, on a monthly basis?

3. On average, how much money does the government spend on the treatment of every patient infected with the coronavirus?
