An issue of ensuring Karabakh security remains the priority of Armenian foreign policy in 2019, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said during Thursday's debates on the 2019 state budget performance report.

According to the FM, Armenia has repeatedly expressed its constructive position on this issue in the person of the government, the PM, the parliament, and the MFA.

“Two agreements have been reached over the past year aimed at preparing peoples for peace and creating favorable conditions for peace, under which there was a mutual exchange of journalists from Armenia, Karabakh, and Azerbaijan,” Mnatsakanyan added.
