YEREVAN. – At this stage it is necessary to exclude the risks of escalation of the situation. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Thursday told this to reporters when asked about the negotiation process with Azerbaijan.
He recalled that during the current COVID-19 pandemic a videoconference was held with the participation of the Foreign Ministers of the two countries and of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. "We are in constant contact with the Co-Chairs," Mnatsakanyan added.
According to him, in order to continue the subject work, it is necessary to wait until it will be possible to gather again and continue.
As per the Armenian FM, In the current situation it is important to maintain a climate and conditions that will not hinder the continuation of negotiations.
