YEREVAN. – The issue of returning to quarantine is quite complicated, this issue is not closed, it is being discussed. Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan on Thursday stated this in a talk with journalists.

"It depends on how long the so-called lookdown will last. Damages from it can vary, including be irreparable. It is a tool that should be used when necessary, but very carefully because before applying it, we all need to realize its consequences and effectiveness.

There is international experience which proves that it is not always that the end of a lockdown will be managed in a way that is fully effective,” he added.
