President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today convened a working consultation devoted to harvest with the ministers of agricultural and territorial administration and development, the head of the State Service for Emergency Situations, the director of the Foundation for Support to Villages and Agriculture and the heads of regional administrations, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh.

According to the source, Minister of Agriculture Ashot Bakhshiyan delivered a report in which he stated that over 88,000 hectares of territories have been cultivated for harvest for 2020.

Based on the report delivered by Head of the State Service for Emergency Situations Karen Sargsyan, there are on-duty firefighters in all the required spots on fields, and they are provided with necessary technical equipment.

The press release states that the President of Artsakh positively assessed the pilot stage for launch of the harvest and gave assignments to continue the activities properly.
