Commander of the Defense Army of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Major General Jalal Harutyunyan today chaired a regular remote session of the Military Council of the Defense Army. The session was devoted to the state of combat readiness, the problems and paths to solution and was held with deputy army commanders, the heads of divisions and services of the Staff, commanders of military formations and units and military officials.

During the remote session, the participants touched upon the condition of the base of learning materials; the readiness of military units; the organizing of readiness of officers, subalterns and contractual servicemen; the peculiarities of evaluation; the increase of effectiveness of the tactical and technical innovations introduced in the sector and all the issues that are related to the combat readiness of troops in this or that way.

Summing up the session, the Defense Army’s commander assigned the participants of the session to take note of the provisions of the Council’s decision and be guided by those provisions during service.
