The actions of the Armenian authorities during the pandemic may contain criminal elements. This is what opposition public-political figure Arman Saghatelyan declared during a discussion hosted by the Political Economy Research Institute today.
According to him, the information field is one of the major fields in which the authorities failed right from the start of the pandemic.
Saghatelyan noted that the authorities made a major mistake in the information field when they were conveying the first messages related to the global pandemic, and this is the reason why people didn’t treat the pandemic seriously.
