The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has refuted the news released by several Azerbajiani mass media outlets according to which the Armenian side had shelled a road in the direction of Terter with mortars.
“According to the Ministry of Defense, an explosion did take place in the specified territory. A projectile that was dug more than 1-meter deep during the Karabakh war, exploded,” the Ministry of Defense reported to haqqin.az.
