YEREVAN. – There were different approaches in the PAP faction on whether participating in today's special sitting of the National Assembly. There was an approach that maybe there is a need to participate in the session and re-present the new justifications and approaches. Opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) MP Naira Zohrabyan, stated about this in a talk with journalists in the National Assembly (NA) Monday.

She informed that, ultimately, a decision was made not to participate in today's sitting of the NA. "Because this sitting lays the groundwork for a constitutional coup in the Republic of Armenia. With this [session], groundwork is laid for and is established in Armenia. Therefore, the PAP will not participate in a sitting all the players and participants of which will bear legal and political responsibility for the legal and political consequences,” Zohrabyan added.
