Consideration of the applications submitted by ministries under the 2021-23 State Medium-Term Expenditures Program (SMEP) was launched during a session chaired by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today.

During the discussions, the government will thoroughly touch upon the forecasted indicators and budget framework in the relevant sectors and the projected programs. The applicants were submitted by taking into consideration various scenarios due to the crisis and possible developments.

Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized that the applications will be approved by taking into consideration the performance indicators recorded in previous years and during the first quarter of this year.
