The Russian-Armenian Khachatryan sisters—who had killed their father, their legal defenders, and the injured party were acquainted with all the materials of the case of the murder of the girls' father, Mikhail Khachatryan.

The younger sister's lawyer, Yaroslav Pakulin, told TASS that the investigative body intends to send the case to the Prosecutor General's Office in the near future to confirm the indictment.

According to him, the Investigative Committee has not changed its position that the two older sisters are guilty of premeditated murder of their father, whereas the younger sister should be sent for compulsory treatment.

The sisters' defense, however, claims that the additional investigation once again confirmed that they had protected their lives from their father's harassment.
