The trial over the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and other ex-officials at Yerevan court of general jurisdiction was interrupted after Kocharyan recommended interrupting the trial to sanitize the courtroom.

“I get the impression that this is not only a disrespectful attitude, but also an incomprehensible and careless attitude towards the health of the people in the courtroom,” he said.

Judge Danibekyan announced an intermission, and the court is currently considering the possibility of continuing the trial.
