Russia has recorded 6,556 COVID-19 new cases bringing the total number to 654,405, TASS reported referring to the anti-coronavirus crisis center.
For the sixth day in a row, less than 7,000 cases were confirmed, while the daily growth rate did not exceed 1% in the past two days.
The number of patients who are undergoing treatment now has declined from 225,879 to 221,938.
