President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today received professor of Shushi University of Technology Artyusha Harutyunyan on the occasion of his 70th birth anniversary.
The head of state congratulated Artyuusha Harutyunyan on his birth anniversary and awarded him the Vachagan Barepasht Medal for his longstanding and effective work.
The President highly appreciated his significant contributions to the development of agriculture in the republic and voiced hope that he will continue to transmit his knowledge and experience to the young generation for many years to come.
Artyusha Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to the President for the high state award, touched upon the President’s 2020-2025 Action Plan and emphasized that successful implementation of the latter will help Artsakh record major developments in the economy.
