The Russian constitutional amendments have been supported by 77.92% of voters, TASS reported referring to Central Election Commission (CEC).
According to the data, 21.27% of Russians voted against the amendments. The turnout was 65%.
The amendments will come into force if supported by over one half of those who took part in the vote, while the turnout threshold is not set.
