Azerbaijan’s chief epidemiologist Ibadullah Aghayev is hiding from the coronavirus in a village and refuses to answer reporters’ questions about the coronavirus situation in the country.
Unikal.org’s journalist called Aghayev on the phone, and Aghayev said he is in a village and isn’t following the epidemiological situation. “I’m not in Baku. I’m in a village where there is no television or Internet. Yes, I’m the chief epidemiologist. So what? I’m also a person and have relatives. Call the Ministry of Health,” he said.
