STEPANAKERT. – According to the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Ministry of Health, a new COVID-19 hotbed has been detected in capital city Stepanakert; the novel coronavirus was confirmed in two people from that hotbed, Information Headquarters reported Friday.

Two more cases have been recorded among those who have had contact at the hotbed of this infection was confirmed Thursday in Stepanakert.

Work is underway to determine the circle of contact of these individuals who are infected with the coronavirus.

Thus, four new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Artsakh as of Friday.

Eighty-five people are  isolated.

Twenty-eight people are overcoming this disease.

One of the patients is in severe condition, has chronic illnesses and double pneumonia. Three others are in moderate condition.

A total of 2,014 tests have been conducted so far in Artsakh.
