Yesterday at 6:16 p.m. a special water rescue squad of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia noticed a drowning citizen in the vicinity of Arevik Resort when returning from the scene of an incident and brought the 31-year-old citizen out of the water.
