The Police of Armenia have issued a statement on the validity of passports.

According to the statement, due to the restrictions set during the state of emergency declared as a result of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, in case of expiry of the period of validity of passports of citizens of Armenia from March 16 until the end of the state of emergency, by the instruction of the Commandant for the state of emergency in Armenia, those passports will be deemed to be valid, but no longer than on the 30^th day after the end of the state of emergency.
