French doctors' visit to Armenia was not agreed with the French government, Hraparak.am reported. 

In the July issue of France Arménie magazine, published in France, a remarkable article was published in connection with the 'humanitarian aid' of doctors who arrived in Armenia from France to help Armenia fight COVID-19 pandemic.

According to hraparak.am, the artiсle is dedicated to Armenian health minister Arsen Torosyan and it says that Torosyan 'independently' invited a group of doctors from Nice to Armenia for so called humanitarian aid, paid them for it and did not agree on it with the French government.

Moreover, 5 out of 7 doctors arrived to Armenia have never dealt with COVID-19.
