Georgia has confirmed five COVID-19 new cases, bringing the total number to 968, Sputnik-Georgia reported referring to the official government website StopCov.
In the meantime, 844 people have already recovered, while the death toll is 15.
Three Georgian citizens were taken for treatment from other countries. Currently, 4,425 people are in quarantine, and 222 people are in hospitals.
The first COVID-19 case was reported in Georgia on February 26.
