STEPANAKERT. – Arayik Haroutyunyan on Thursday signed a decree on assigning the composition of the Commission on Amnesty under the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh.
Accordingly, Artsakh President's representative-at-large Sevak Hakobyan was appointed chairman of this commission.
